Subject: AthlonXP - M multipliers?
Text: Hi,

I have developed an application that requires CPU detection. For K7,
i have found these informations for multiplier detection:

MSR 0xC0010015 bits 19 and 24:27

00000 - 11.0x
00001 - 11.5x
00010 - 12.0x
00011 - 12.5x
00100 - 5.0x
00101 - 5.5x
00110 - 6.0x
00111 - 6.5x
01000 - 7.0x
01001 - 7.5x
01010 - 8.0x
01011 - 8.5x
01100 - 9.0x
01101 - 9.5x
01110 - 10.0x
01111 - 10.5x

10000 - undefined ?
10001 - 19.0x
10010 - undefined ?
10011 - 20.0x
10100 - 13.0x
10101 - 13.5x
10110 - 14.0x
10111 - 21.0x
11000 - 15.0x
11001 - 22.0x
11010 - 16.0x
11011 - 16.5x
11100 - 17.0x
11101 - 18.0x
11110 - 23.0x
11111 - 24.0x

Unlike athlonXP for desktop, this values seems to be not valid with mobile athlonXP
(I have tryied my program on a acer notebook with a mobile AthlonXP 1600+, that
returns an incorrect multiplier of 5x)

can anyone help me?
