Text: | It's programmed through the I2C bus (SMBus) so it's going to be a tad more complicated than regular port IO. Access to it is probably through the South Bridge.
| Disassembling the BIOS might be a good starting point, especially if you want to change the CPU/PCI/AGP clocks
