does anyone have an Idea what

ATPO
FPO
and
S-SPec

on the Intel CPU Markings stands for ?
I Know what the FPO is made for..
but I don't know the excact Words for the Letters "F" "P" an "O"

And I'em looking for A Key to find out what
example: FPO# Q330A059 means
(Q stands for xyz...)

It would be nice if xou could send me a mail to
