Text: The amd manual is clear- address-size controls size of the register
(cx, ecx, or rcx); while operand-size controls the truncation size of the
target eip (16 bits, 32 bits, or 64 bits).

rex.W is not needed, because both instructions default to 64-bit
operand-size in 64-bit mode.

The intel manual has a couple typos.
